QUOTE(jason5878 @ Oct 19 2015, 06:09 PM) Did some shopping to look for rotary hammer. All from the pic is sds, u sure u want sds ?Since I am not heavy user, just look around for a cheaper unit. Mr DIY: RM 208 for 800W ( 3 days warranty) Boyai: RM 179 for 800W ( 3 days warranty) Starke plus / Strake 710W: RM 258 ( 3 months warranty) from Giant Skil 1715: RM 266 from CSM (No stock, must order) Went to Giant kemuning utama: Starke plus / Starke 710W selling only for RM 150. Grabbed the Starke plus 710W. More powerful compare to the other one. The last one, orange in pic ... that is a tad too big for normal house hold use, heavy and clumsy (just my opinion) |

QUOTE(Pebbie @ Dec 3 2015, 03:09 PM) Guys, im new to this and is really blur with all those technical data. Please recomment me some drill that fit my need. I would say any black and decker impact drill will do or buy a ciplak china impact drill.- home use only - concrete wall - very occasion use, 5 times per year? so no need for cordless, wire is better - immediate use will be fit up ikea's blind pole and drilling to pictures hanging and what not. TV wall mount Spend on good drill bits. |

QUOTE(toysRash @ Apr 8 2016, 10:40 AM) ok thanks... One of that will make ur work a lot easier regardless of brand, matter of performance and realibility. i found this in lazada, is it able to do the job? is this a reliable brand? http://www.lazada.com.my/dong-cheng-z1g-ff...er-1701182.html ![]() Since you are not going to use it day in day out I presume any brand wil do. I use a generic brand demolition hammer to break a 3' x 20' graded concrete slab. Took me quite awhile to finish that job. Tried a multi purpose impact tools and barely able to hack a 2 x 2 area and give up. Your hand is gonna be sore if you are not use to those kind of work. Remember to let the hammer some rest ... careful of overheat. |

As per your application, use a flat head chisel bit and a sledgehammer.
Hope that your wall is clay brick and not sand. |

Thanks yushinold newspaper
Got both the M12 and M18. M12CH-402C free M12CPD-0 M18 CHX-502C free M18CPD-0 First experience, the M12CH is really light and no problem on brick wall, havent try on concrete yet. M12CPD, batt is flat after coring 3 60mm x 50mm hole. Maybe the batt is not fully charge, let see after a few more charging cycle. |

QUOTE(old newspaper @ Jul 15 2016, 05:57 PM) wow, congrats on your new tools ! which outlet did you get it from? and what is the total price paid for these? Havent pay yet But i remember my friend say the M12 combo is 1.3k + M18 combo ... totally forgotten, let me check with him and revert here. ***Edit*** The M18 combo is close to 3k. Tested the M18 to drill 4 hole on a concrete slab and im satisfied with the performance ... the weight of the tool still bother me, too heavy for me.
