QUOTE(BrandNewStart @ Jan 26 2015, 07:32 PM) What drill bits do you all use to drill tiles? Recently bought the diamond bit but it doesn't seem to last long. After drilling 3 holes, the teeth of the diamond bit has worn off and so was my RM25! If china made sure won't last 1 lah. Use water to cool down while drilling. It last longer.

i am thinking to get a power tool for home usage for drilling into wood, concrete wall etc since sifus here highly recommended rotary hammer drill, i have shortlisted Bosch GBH 2-20 DRE, which i think is the cheapest rotary hammer drill by Bosch...
but my question is, for newbie in using power tool, is rotary hammer drill difficult to handle?
thanks.

I guess that's one of the problem. come across a video that used wet sponge to cool the bit and reduce dust particles at the same time. great method that i wish i had known earlier
