Anybody here bought the Imperial Residency already? borrow loan already? the developer is BEVERLY HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD., is this developer can be trusted? how the quality?

You know the Batu 9 Rm1.00 grand saga toll? you can see the cowboy steakhouse from the toll, it just opposite it. and opposite the green terrain condo.

i not sure, that why i m asking here. but i like it low density feature. and opposite the highway gonna have a new project develop by PJD. so maybe can bring up the property price for whole area.

sorry, i also don't know much ler...i knew is from 360k to 500k something, but is freehold. but too bad is no balcony. but compare with the opposite PJD You City, pjd is commercial land, so utility fee will be higher bit and i think nowaday ppl scare to live under shopping centre bah, coz of empire tragedy.
