Hi. Looking for some help from taiko's here.

Want to replace my dad's '93 Proton Iswara sedan. Currently he using Goodyear Ducaro 175/70 R13. Prices for GY have been going up so want to get some recommendation for other tyre brands for easy city driving. Cheaper better but got so many China / Korean brands out there, don't know which one to choose. Just want to make sure the tyre are still ok

Wah Astar for Smart 44? Is that from Sime? I thought for a Smart car you'd get one of those Michelin / Conti tyres

Thanks all for the other replies. However I understand the Continental, Michelin tyres are pretty expensive woh. My dad is a pretty safe driver (have to nag him to go beyond 50-60 on normal roads) thats why I'm asking what are the good cheaper brands around hopefully within the RM 100 range. Most of the marque brand tyres sell at least RM 130+.
