newbie here and also currently home hunting. after reading alot of posts here, I am just wondering, are you guys first time home buyer? or is it an upgrade? Seems like there are tons of new launches in every few months. Will there be too many supplies vs demand? your thoughts?

I think the housing market will slow down next year but it also depends on demands which I think its still there AND inflation. If you are spending more on the goods, its a good indication the housing marketing is going upwards.
