Had talked to the boss (The Leafz project) when I visited the showroom. According to him, he is going to invest 2 mil to repaint the shoplots and the apartment nearby. According to him, the shoplots in that area had appreciated and is currently valued at about RM900K. His reasoning is that the rental will soon increased as well and, the printing business that cannot sustain high rental will leave and other businesses like F&B will come in. But palace court more highly densed and not furnished right.
Moreover Leafz block c have separate access and facilities from block a & b. More privacy. Block C is like a diff different stand alone condo by itself.

Jalan Robson... are u referring to Palace Court condo whereas their show house and developer office are there ? The Leafz show house is located at Kuchai Lama (Kuchai Exchange) anyway.

SA told me more than 99% are Chinese n the developer is paying the penalty. Only 2 750sqf tower b left. The waiting list for 1k sqf n above is very long... I doubt my friend who put his name in will ever get 1 now.
