1: NEVER stay at the same spot, always find a new spot after getting a kill or being seen by the enemy. Changing spots is the key to survive.

2: As a sniper, remember you're lens can easly be seen regardless when you're hiding in a bush, and even behind a smoke cloud. so remember, dont stay wide open to the spawn of the enemy.

3: As an assault, you should always place out a medkit in case somebody got hurt. Not only do you heal your teammates but you get 10+ for healing teammates and 20+ for healing squad mates. This is the same as a support, as alot of people seem to not drop ammo when we need it.

4: If you see a Sniper or being shot at, you should go prone (Thanks to Recklessnw)

5: For the love of god, ALWAYS spot enemies by pressing "Q" when you see one. It really helps out your team because then everyone knows exactly what and where you're shooting at, and if you fail to kill the guy you've spotted everyone else will still have a heads-up as to where he is. You also get a +10 exp bonus when someone kills a person you've spotted, so there's no reason not to do it. (Thanks to ReticulateSpline)
