i pre downloaded the game, but when i copy it over, it says 98.88% then just redownloads the whole thing.. whatsup?

Really tired of the random crashes.. getting moar n moar frequent...
Can anyone who has fully updated windows 7 32but confirm with me that they don't suffer crashes? |
