My boss asked me where's the best place to find programmers for his other company. I said LYN. hahaha... he said not many responses.
What should I tell him? Where is the best place to find programmers & systems people in this day & age? |

just go to university on job fair day and open a booth there. Make the interview more on technical skill and less on people person.

I'm not interested to work for the boss.
I'm so frustrated with this "Okay, I pay you peanut first, when I see you can perform I will top you with another quarter of peanut. How does that sound?" kalau malaysia.. jawapan peribadi saya ialah universiti teknologi mara (UiTM).. institut pertama di malaysia yang tawarkan pengajian komputer.
 kalau antarabangsa.. jawapan peribadi saya ialah Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) MIT fokus kepada programming PYTHON, UiTM macam banyak fokus kepada JAVA.. tapi kalau dah belajar subjek programming paradigm, idea camne diaorang diaorang buat bahasa programming yang ada banyak kat dunia ni.  idea asas Programming Paradigms.. universiti bagus lain ialah Stanford.. tapi diaorang macam lebih banyak fokus kepada Artificial Intelligence study |

Hahaha Thanks guys.
Farnee la you all. I gave your suggestions to my boss already. Hopefully he can find based on that. I think salary all can bincang. He is quite flexible. I heard he pays a lot for our senior programmers. More than he pays his managers. |
