Got my Kindle Touch yesterday. Very prompt and good seller. Nice doing business with him. He also provided instruction on how to buy from kindle.

Another method that I'm using is changing my current amazon address to US address. You can buy a valid US address from Bongo for nominal fees. And later add you credit card details. Then just register your kindle with existing Amazon account.
