Im planning to mod my casing including sleeving all the cables inside (psu). There is one thing which may not be a nice view to see after all the sleeving and acrylic side panel mod..the wide, flat and long IDE cable..do anyone here know how to sleeve it or..can it be done???

QUOTE(jcliew @ Mar 25 2007, 06:37 PM) I think it's more easier for u 2 buy a rounded IDE cable than u sleeve it urself coz if u didn't dismantle those IDE connectors correctly will end up u spoiled ur cheapo IDE cable low budget mod lor..wish i can buy those uv ones... Added on March 25, 2007, 7:31 pm QUOTE(rudhrasamy @ Mar 25 2007, 07:08 PM) i attempt before..... but end up fail...... better buy those rounded ide cable..... but still they wont have the same texture as sleeve i'll try with ur idea first..hehe..never know rite?? Good idea there!!! Added on March 25, 2007, 7:32 pm QUOTE(epep @ Mar 25 2007, 07:16 PM) Upgrade to SATA! still wanna hold on with my old rig here..no budget lol... I tried splicing the cable myself before. Didn't work out and ended up spoiling the cable. Its not easy unless you've got rock steady hands.
