QUOTE(mfcm @ Apr 3 2008, 08:25 PM) np bro..its mean u learnin how to sleeve dy..jus not in proper ways..btw the edge of cutting sleevin u jus to burn abit to make it messy while u sleeve ur wire..then u can use cable tie to tie ur sleeving to make it more tidy..after dat then u put heatshrink..warm it with fire from ur lighter..not burn it lol..ic ic .... will do it well next time haha... the 24 pin really make me headche to remove it (i use those staple pin), really very hard.... after resting a while, i think of using 2 needle to remove it... it works like a charm... speed up to remove 3 ~ 4 times faster hehe... haha... sorry mfcm, i don't no the trick, thxs for enlighten me, else i will use to burn rather than warn it up .... QUOTE(xk2 @ Apr 24 2008, 03:53 PM) yesterday i try sleeve the 6 pin pcie power connector, the red color heatshrink become chocolate after i burn it with lighter and the 3/4 inch heatshrink become smaller and smaller when i slide it across the cable due to my hand's temperture finally it stuck at the middle lol...not burn la... warm it is already enough... later ur sleeve also will be having holes if u "warm" it too close just try to be careful is really a nice exp now the only thing i don't no how to remove is the sata lol
