keep up ur good job...i always wanted to do this sleeving thingy by myself, but always end up by sending it to others to be sleeved....

recheck back ur connectors. do some comparison if u got other PSU.
maybe some connectors reconnect wrongly. try to looks at those 20/24pin...and also ur 4-pin mobo connectors.
recheck again..
