buy lizard trap (sticker type). hang near light source, after a week, you will see insects stuck to it, then the lizard thought got free food, lizard walks over and stucked there too.... worked for me. But its quite cruel, cos when u throw away the sticker, the lizard is still alive, stucked to the sticker :-(

actually i am damn scared of house lizard too.. normally won't kill it la, if can ask somebody to catch it and throw it far far away without killing them...
