QUOTE(thousan @ Jan 23 2012, 05:45 PM) When I take a street photo, I consider myself lucky if I can find one where the answers are not so obvious. Thanks Hit47.Like this one below - Is this man just taking a short rest or is he having a good sleep? Is he lazying away his time or is he recovering from fatigue? What is his story? Is Life hard on him or does he contributes to to it? If he is wearing a cap, is the farmer's hat his? And is that his motorbike? How come he is sleeping in that table and why in that position instead of leg straight? Maybe I'm odd, but this is the type of photos I like to take. And with questions, I'll never have a firm answer to. ![]() The Rest (From Both Sides Now) - Part I . Here is the second part of the picture. The addition of the small child adds a new dimension to the story (I think). He was a bonus. I wonder what he thinks so I try to tell their stories. Probably got it wrong too. ![]() The Rest (From Both Sides Now) - Part II . |

Kinda "scared" shooting faces locally here...that's why I kinda seldom shoot street though I really love it. Last time I tried pointing my big DSLR to one person in Petaling Street, he gave me a very sharp stare back. Damn sked liao

QUOTE(MiseriGhost @ Feb 2 2012, 11:36 PM) this my taken pic when i visiting kl few weeks ago.. how u guys think bout this pic..? The message that I see from the photo is that you were quite "kanchiong" to faster faster snap and go.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « You can try to stick to one focal length... then compose/frame the picture in your mind... then only raise up your camera and shoot. You can try to stick to one focal length... then compose/frame the picture in your mind... then only raise up your camera and shoot. Go easy on the blacks and the saturation but surprisingly on my pc it was looking very much brighter and in fact, i even reduced the saturation! |
