They're 0.5 to 2 sec exposures. As I'm using a compact camera.. I just shot it handheld + kungfu stance

not so much on post processing bro..i just edit in Aperture 3 or Lightroom 4 sometimes and just play around with the curves and control the shadows, mids and highlights...the colors u just get the right white balance control and pray that the lighting condition during the shoot is naturally awesome with lots of natural lights...i suggest shooting the streets around between 5-7pm where the magical lights comes out hehehe...and i use to shoot with films and when i do editing i compare my images with th ecolors from film and try to get as close as possible to get similar colors. play around with spilt tonings and such..and also if you use Aperture 3 u can use the 3-way color wheel something similar to the ones you find in movie editing color correction tools    hope this helps
