Yea is a flat bag. Hmm, I'm not sure what material is it cause I get it as a gift. But it is kinda soft & smooth, water resist too.

I can assure u that it has never been worn, I only washed it once b4 putting it into my cupboard (my habit on new purchases). you will not see any 'bumpies' on the material, or stretches or anything like that. Hi girl, waist is 76cm, with very good elastic, length is bout 34cm, if mid valley and kl sentral I can only go during working hours, but klcc, jln imbi and bkt bintang area i can go on sundays, kepong jusco and desa parkcity waterfront i can go during weekdays after working hours, how is it?
