Have you guys ever receive a call fr MBB whenever you charge a big amount to your cards?

For me, I've contacted the customer service few times and requeted them to call me to verify my payment if the individual transaction amount is more than RM 5k (exception to the rule is purchase of flight ticket and hotel bills).

I've recently paid RM20k single payment for a training course. And still no one from MBB contact me for payment verification. This lead me to feel unsecure about maybank cards. Share with me if you have a similiar consern.

Hmm, I missed the Starbuck buy1 free 1 promotion few months back.

When is MBB Amex going to launch the same promotion again???

Added on November 11, 2011, 2:47 amActually I also got RM4 rebate for signing up autopay from TM points since 2-3 years ago. It is just for the house phone bill. I still don't understand as most of the forumers said that you only have RM2 rebate... Hmm... I don't know why...

Yeah, I received notification sms for all the Amex credit card transaction from today onwards. Very goood initiative from MBB after SCB I would say.

I was at the Malaysia Food Fair 2012 in Mid Valley this evening.

Did on the spot redemption of 100k MBB treat points to RM500 Tesco/Jusco/carrefour cash voucher (RM10 denomination x 50 pcs). Just in time for my second round CNY shopping.

Sorry, what is the normal redemption rate for cash vouchers?

Actually I wanted to exchange more vouchers, but scare I redeem all the stocks.

I still have 921444 TP. Thanks to all my business travel in 2011!
