yo guys how to check my treat points? so far i kno already spend rm1k+

hm... the thing is i will use this card to pay bills (approx 3k per month) and other corporate expenses. which is mostly done during working days

and to pay for hotels (nasty experience with debit card - the deposit part) during business travels

so i think the weekend rebate won't be applicable to me. even my petrol purchase is not much since i ride a small scooter around town

"Verified by Visa" and Mastercard "SecuredCode" are mainly for Internet transaction.  shd i need to register as member in their website ? how can i activate this secure code ?

just found out that my treat points were deducted even though my gst is only due in march!

when is the best period to request this redemption?
after you saw the statement got charge RM50?

I didn't ask them to redeem my TP for gst...but suddenly around 5k of my TP is gone! I doubt its used for gst since it needs 10k.

yup , my credit card showed no rebate too for last montth.

i think that's because they did not implement it fully but just send on random basic

So far OTC transaction I only got 1 from Jusco for ~ RM 55 for my Amex.

But for online purchase, I had been getting all my transaction via SMS so far.

Its a pure disappointment really with their CS. I requested for an increase to a temporary credit limit since I'll be on business trip 3 days back. The CS person told me that I'll know the result by Friday. I called up Friday evening, they said it hasnt been process yet and they told me they will look into it. At 11pm, I called again, and they said they cant process until Wed, due to weekend and public holidays. I told them my situation where I need to travel and I just asked for a temporary credit limit, to pay my hotel. The CS once again promised they will look into it and give me a call before 12pm on the status.

Until now, no call received. Well done Maybank CS! Now I am thinking of changing CC.

the treat points have to be redeemed in maybank branch or call them up?

i just applied my maybank 2 cards on last wednesday but it got rejected due to bank's credit assessment at the point of application which i don't understand it at all...

but i have appeal and hope that they will approve my cc application...

anyway, what is the chances of getting the cards if it's got rejected the first time as i don't have any saving account nor cc account with maybank..

Guys, I saw the GST RM50 charge on my principle. But my supplement nothing appear. 

Should I quiet quiet just pay the RM50? Cos my initial plan was use my TP to offset. But I was thinking, the moment I call up CS, sure they will notice from the system, then will charge my supp for RM25. 

I thought TP are automatically combined?
Unless you mean transfer from different card holder? Then canot.
