MBB SC told me the Supp Card GST is RM25 for 2 cards, not per card. I know the brochure did mentioned 'per card'.
However, I ask them twice, same answer.  hmm.gif
*
Same here where last time CS also answer me only RM25 need to pay for Maybank2cards supp

i heard some of the fren said can do it that way~ so i am curious and come kacao awhile wink.gif

Is ok to apply credit card if you really can control your expenses. If you cant control your expenses, RM10k salary per month also not enuf for you to spend. Credit card IMO just for convenient purposes... biggrin.gif

no wor.. public bank..

i dont have mbb account also...

but i thought with degree not a problem in applying for CC?

Added on December 29, 2011, 12:37 pm

further to that... even if i got that credit card from MBB... what will be my credit limit?

I dont have any loan whatsoever with any banks... Is it too clean and they might reject bcox of this?
*
if degree is a requirement, then many ppl including my dad cant meet the requirement d....

credit limit will depends on the analysts to evaluate your repayment capability + income and other conditions too...so we cant tell you exactly, normally if 2.5k salary then they may give you 5k limit. Wait for 3 months only apply unless you in a hurry. Hope it helps. biggrin.gif

When you make the transaction? You can check your statement vis M2u and pay through M2u.

i think make transac on last sunday

when get card is around sat week before

Added on December 30, 2011, 9:13 ami mean is there a date i shud pay for the month? cant pay anytime i like right?

like maybe this month bill havent come cannot pay half for the month then use right? if not wrong need wait the statement for the month come then pay for the month use right??
*
Yea, there is a payment due date as well as statement date where you can check through M2u. For that monthly statement, you can either request hardcopy transaction or view transaction history which is much more easier. Actually no need to wait until the statement come only pay, you can settle any amount (at least minimum payment) after you have made transaction. Unless you dont want to confuse yourself and settle the whole spending of the month in 1 payment. biggrin.gif

Oh can like that 1? I didnt know..

So let say if i use the cc today for rm50 then i can pay today rm50 and cotinue like dat without have to wait until end of month?

I always tot need wait compile the statement for the month only pay.

Then i better pay fast la to avoid interest charge cos dunnno when they will charge oso. Later kena charge liao still bodoh bodoh duno

thnx smile.gif
*
Yea, you can pay through M2U once they charge you. If you are not sure of ur payment due date you can always check through M2U or call CS. There wont be interest if you settle full amount before the due date, so not to worry. biggrin.gif

Are you sure there are no additional charges? It is normally factored inside the exchange rate, so you must compare your actual rate vs a known reference to see whether there is any service charge. Normally there is.
*
From what i see is the exchange rate is the same as the bank.....i think in SGD1=RM2.45. It is even cheaper than some of the FOREX counter.... tongue.gif

The bank's sell rate to you already includes their fee/profit element. You need to compare to something else like XE or the MasterCard site: http://www.mastercard.com/global/currencyc...sion/index.html
*
Hmm...i see, so the bank sell rate higher means is their service fee lar....but is ok for me since that i bought from FOREX dealer also same rate, so better use credit card so no need to find those FOREX dealer.......
