When you swipe for petrol, the bank will reduce your CL by RM200 regardless of the amount. The real amount will only be reflected when the station operator post the transactions. All cards, all petrols.

You can actually set the sms alert notification for SCB from their online banking system. I set SMS and email notification for mine, amount above RM100.

Principle may view their supplementary credit card details/transactions via Maybank2u subject that the supplementary account is combine together with the principle card. For your information, there are two (2) type of supplementary, non-posting (NP) and Single Posting (SP). For NP supplementary, all the credit card transactions usages will be posted and combine with the principle credit card account. Meanwhile for SP, the supplementary transactions usages will be imposed directly to her/his own credit card account and only SP could view their credit card details/transactions with their own Maybank2u access.


If supplementary is under NP, a single statement will be provided to principle. Meanwhile if supplementary is under SP, a separate statements will be provided for principle and supplementary cardmember.

For a gold to platinum upgrade, can the holder still keep the old card without terminating or closing the old one? Any previous case reported here before?

It was stated in v1 that maximum entitlement is only RM50 cashback even if you own both, but in product disclosure: capped at RM50 per month per account.
