Hi, I'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to debit cards. I just changed my public bank ATM card today, and they gave me the public bank day2day card. I believe it can function as a debit card as well.

So I was wondering if I could use the day2day card to purchase apps off the Google Play Store (android apps)? Is there anything I need to do to activate the debit card function? Or can I just link the card straight to Google Wallet to make purchases? I would really appreciate it if anyone who had done this before can guide me regarding this.

My apologies if this has been asked before, but is there any debit card that can be used for Google Play Store or PayPal? I tried CIMB, called them to activate online transaction but after that still rejected for some reason.
