Is it true that PB Unionpay Debitcard can be used in China like alipay and wechatpay by merchant scanning the Unionpay Qr code?
Since BP is not a good card to be used in China, am thinking of alternative. |

QUOTE(ahbsl @ Nov 4 2019, 11:43 AM) Hi! Good morning! Not sure the Myeg's MCC is Government-related (9xxx) or not. want to ask if use PB debit card to pay PDRM summon RM150 thru myeg, is it legit to get back CB RM50 ? Thanks! If you can pay at PDRM outlet using a Debit Card, it is Government-related. Only 1000 winners per month, today may be too late for Nov quota. QUOTE(cybpsych @ Nov 18 2019, 07:44 AM) Yes for both questions. This promo is for Debit card holder. For sure after read but with doubt hence looks for experience sharing. For the purpose of this campaign, the following transactions are disqualified, but not limited to: - i. Any refund; ii. Payments via www.pbebank.com and ATM; iii. Any disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transaction. First, the TnC has not mentioned payment make via online is disqualified. So I am curious is the government related payment via online method will entitle the CB or not. Second, I couldn't find is the PTPTN is fall under government related payment, hence I posted the inquiry here. |
