My Pbb Debit card is a Master card, but in Pbe Profile maintenance it shows PB Lifestyle Debit Card Management options, so is it eligible for this campaign?

no, only visa lifestyle debit card and visa petron debit card can use (as per the card design in the leaflet or the card name in T&C)

Yes you can use ONLINE mode, I used Online before (Note: MCC had been changed to a non-govt, so I cannot use Online now)

Used to use UOB Payonline. now no more.

Public Bank normally has a clause that excludes all transactions done via PBe Bank. unless you can find another bank that accepts cards from a third party bank. I think I saw some options to add cards in Maybank2u, but haven't explore it.

Both the question and answer are a bit funny.

Debit card is not a stand-alone product, not like a credit card (account).
A debit card is linked to CA/SA. FYI, you can only use a bank account such as CA/SA (or credit card account for some payees only) to do Jompay, so Jompay transaction is not related to Debit card (which is not a bank account).
