you need to update your Zune to 4.8something. Pre-Mango Zune is 4.7something.
Btw, anyone has the official mango update yet? |

I'm a little disappointed with Mango. While I love the task switching and all, some of the CRITICAL issues have not been addressed, namely the USSD menu problem and Live Messenger limitations.
QUOTE(blackjoker @ Sep 29 2011, 01:15 AM) something weird here.. i have 300+ ringtones. imported 50+ into Music. Hi your ringtone needs to be less than 40 seconds (i.e. 39 seconds or lesser) and below 1 MB in size. It also needs to be categorized as Ring Tones, and not Ringtones. But some of the ringtones is missing or Zune cant read it. My ringtones confirm no problem, use the same software to modify & MP3Tag to rename. cannot be wrong but its just weird. |

It is the single crappiest skin/theme I have ever encountered, and their IME is useless. Anyway... that's old story.I avoid HTC (though I bought the Mozart because it's freakin' cheap spec wise) for WP7 largely because of inferior hardware. They skimped on the storage by using Micro SD instead of NAND Flash, affecting performance and reliability. Small batteries giving you crappy battery life, and then they coupled it with LCD display. Plus a host of other things. |

QUOTE(monsh @ Oct 3 2011, 04:51 PM) i dun have the unlock anymore man . If you're getting it, lemme know. i wanna tumpang lost during update to mango . too lazy to revert back . anyway, doesnt really require any paid apps as of now . will see later on how's d condition . anyway, if i were to change device, might as well go for focus S for its 4.3" and super amoled+ screen + 1800mah batt + 45nm fabrication proc. lower consumption + bigger screen . should last longer than hd7 and looks nicer . but the price tag i think 2k+ man . real pain in the neck ! |

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Oct 4 2011, 01:10 PM) As long as you sync your accounts prior to flashing. But if you've composed any emails and haven't sent them (i.e. drafts), you will lose those. You may also loose some app settings and cache (i know I lost my LazyTube settings). Added on October 4, 2011, 3:35 pmDoes anyone know if Skype is integrated into Mango? I keep reading the news saying it'll come with Mango but I don't see any place to add it. This post has been edited by s2peMocls: Oct 4 2011, 03:35 PM |

Hmm... that's a concept UI for Mango. So does this means Skype is not available for Mango yet? Man... I thought MS had already confirmed Skype was going to be available for Mango...

QUOTE(monsh @ Oct 11 2011, 05:05 PM) that one goes to apollo i believe . I think Tango is more like a lite version of Mango, due to the lower hardware requirements. First thing I can see is maybe there'd be a frame limiter for games, and probably certain social media integration and emails will be left out to save space, since the memory requirements for Tango is just 2 GBs.tango is just a small update right ? like NoDo or is it vice versa ? Oh... and probably a more limited Marketplace too, as some of you may have noticed, you may search for existing apps which will not appear in your marketplace, but you can see the apps if you click on a Zune link, but you can't install it. My Omnia 7 was picked from my pocket on Friday evening while boarding the KTM Komuter. I freaking hate KTM.
Anyway, IMEI is 353679xxxxx23901. Beware, you may be buying a stolen product. |

QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Nov 20 2011, 11:07 PM) Yeah.... I was thinking the HTC Titan, someone selling it at 2.25k. But display is SLCD. I'd go for the Nokia, but it's not yet available in m'sia. And the Focus S is not available here either. Sucks mang...But even if they are... I got no $$$ liao |

QUOTE(fulat @ Nov 24 2011, 09:31 AM) releasing what device to which country is not decided by microsoft. its the OEM manufacturer decision. there is no need to have marketplace to be station in each country. u can always use others country marketplace for purchase apps/games. No M'sia Marketplace means WP7 will be useless for a big majority of consumers. I can't always go to another country to buy a decent WP7.QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Nov 24 2011, 02:18 PM) No need to believe, Nokia has unofficially announced that they would (through Twitter) |
