Anybody get their update and have personal hotspot in their setting on their wp7.5 mango

u can download the latest zune from the net ... install it and hooked up to ur phone and let it find an update

it will go from 7004 up till 7403 then will go 7720 ...
even the leaked 7720 also can be updated to the real 7720 wzout problem ... but i dont see any diff yet from both

the main point is mine stays unlocked

To unlock i think u need to roll back to NoDo ... use the unlock method with chevron or other methods which is Samsung & LG is diff from HTC ...

Yup NO wifi hotspot yet on the current updated Mango

Update for 7720 will take u around 1.5 to 2hrs ... so be patient eh

darn still hv errors when trying to download attachments in mobile outlook ....

SSL connection is on ... still cant download attachment from my off exchange server

U will loose ur unlock when u update to 7712 usually ... so to keep unlock try following this thread

if u loose the unlock when u update to 7712, u have to rollback to NoDo n do the unlock again & follow the above thread again ... I was stuck with no unlock last time so i revert & did the unlock, upgrade for at least 3-4 times

nope the attachment fails everytime no matter whatever connections i used n even on NoDo
maybe the off exchange server is crazy since it work well with ios or android ...

WP7 whatsapp cant do any group chat ... u have to ask ur friend to put u in the group in order for it to work

If cant sideload after 7720 ... tough luck need to rollback to NoDo ... use the official RUU from xda ... or other brands have to find the NoDo one if it is not backup in ur Zune before going to 7720

The problem now that only few shops are selling WP7 phones and most of it is HTC ... if u want other than that u should try alternative like mudah or lelong ... got my Focus tru lelong and damn cheap

Now Im eyeing on Focus S ...
