Software IMO is all the same. If there's a bug on one of the phones, most likely the bug would be on other phones as well. If you wanna get a WP7, try to pick one by comparing what you need (each WP7 has features that standout eg. HD7 - big screen; Omnia 7 - AMOLED etc).
