how long is the delivery time?

i order some books, and a bag from them on 24th August, and until now haven't reach. Called their customer service, they only can confirm that the shipped out the items already. They tell me to go and ask my local post office, which i already did but still no packages. Then they say might be custom delay, is it normal?

how do i go and check from customs?

I bought a Nook reader from Barnes & Noble a few days ago, and I did go through their terms of shipping, including international shipping. It is very likely that they send your items using their United States Postal Service (USPS). Not so long ago, I bought some batteries from USA, but I only received it after 4 months! Guess what..from the day I ordered the stuff and for it to be received by the customs in KLIA, it took only 4 days! (I ask them to use the cheapest postage service). Next, for the customs to release the item and pass it to Pos Malaysia took 3 days. But for Pos Malaysia to send the item to me took about 3 months and 3 weeks..
