If you can't, there are many very well qualified gov hospital doctors who put in their blood, sweat and tears during their training. These guys will stand out at, usually by word of mouth from treated patients. So its up to you to choose, and of course, pray hard that your doctor didn't buy his/her way into getting that degree.
