Don't go! I am pissed of with their service and attitude.

I bought voucher RM69 for treatment and colouring. The boss charged me extra RM60 for the hair length, BUT I only colour bottom HALF of my hair! I asked her why, and she showed me her UNHAPPY face and UNFRIENDLY told me that it's already cheap as she didn't charge me for design fee on the "special colour"- (THE SPECIAL COLOUR THAT SHE SAID WAS ACTUALLY MY IDEA - TO TELL HER TO MIX TWO COLOURS TOGETHER).

I didn't further argue with her......

There are a lot of people (I guess they were "cheated" by the face value of the voucher). I patiently WAITED HALF (1/2) an hour to get them colour my hair, and WAITED around TWO (2) hour to get my hair coloured. After that treatment I also WAITED for ONE (1) hour......

During the THREE waiting periods, I asked them need to wait around how long NICELY. There are only 1 lady & 1 guy working. The 3rd time I asked, the guy told me that I can walk off straight with my undone hair (when I was doing treatment)!!! SO RUDE!!!

After 4 hours, my hair is done, I coloured red-purple on bottom of my hair. Left side of my hair obviously more red-purple than the right side! I am positive minded, I thought maybe a few wash, they look the same! BUT AFTER FEW DAYS, THE COLOUR LOOK EVEN MORE DIFFERENT COMPARING WITH RIGHT SIDE AND LEFT SIDE OF MY HAIR!!!
