The Pinoys and BRHuehuehue are fighting it out for server domination. Global and local chat is basically in Portuguese and Tagalog with the odd English phrase thrown in for good measure...

This is on the Cabal NA server tho. I've been playing on the NA server for about an hour after OBT launched and the starter area is packed as hell which is expected. Some people were reporting that there are insane queues but I was lucky enough to log right in.

I'm not a huge fan of region locks for MMOs esp when it's handled by crappy companies like Garena and Asiasoft but this sort of troll-ish behaviour only serves to put people off the game. Pity they're going the region-lock route instead of the more traditional MMO regional server option (think WoW with servers in most regions to encourage players of that region to congregate) but eh, I guess ESTGames don't have pockets as deep as Blizzard's
