from obt gameplay video on youtube it really seem like cabal1 but i think they remove the old combo system.
for me, what made cabal as 1 of the best game that time was that combo system.
dunno if they add new system that differentiate this game from other game of this type.

there's no date or estimation done from official source yet.
but Asiasoft really have acquired the license for Cabal 2 SEA.

delayed launch at other place only. KR server have been running long ago.
SEA version is the closest to english release. Still dunno what Asiasoft been doing. maybe they still trying to milk out from Cabal 1.

It's not because they cant find other publisher but more about who can pay more for the license.
