I hope the really re-launch it for real this time cause this 1/8 scale is freaking awesome and I desperately want it! But those issue 1 available at the store now all look like od stock, like they wanna clear.

I subscribed already last time, even visited the All Script office personally but I wonder if I need to subscribe again for the freebies. Haih

If not because of the free gift I wouldnt subscribe loh! becos of their efficiency as Ive been to their office, haih. I rather hunt/reserve it from shopping mall. Another thing is the reliabiiity and the way our local postage service handle parcel. Haih

So I already subscribed when they first launched their first 4 issues last year so I wonder if I need to subscribe again this time and so I called them yesterday.

And I was told that in order to get the free gift I need to subscribe from issue 5 till issue 8(since I already got 4 issues). So I email them my latest credit card details. But the email turned out invalid. Called again, gave me another email, also invalid one. Haih... So? By that time already 5 plus and I busy closing my work liao.

Gonna call again on monday.

Hacken, are you anticipating yours from Issue 5 onwards? Instead of Issue 1?

Since we both also already got first 4 issues last year and hence I told them to send me from 5th issues onwards.

Hahaha. Damn. But then I already got two issues free last time when I visited their office. :-p

You got those stickers already? Self cut or ready made size for it?

My 5th issues onwards punya till whats the latest issue now pun still tak ada man!

I'm rather disappointed here!

So far I've got only 4 issues! which I bought from the first batch of launch last year.

I had already started to subscribe again this September and till today I still didn't get anything from Issue 5!

And due to my hectic work daily I didn't get to follow up on my delivery status until late at 6pm yesterday I called them and she keep asking me in return, "I didn't send meh?". I keep telling her that I didn't even get charged on my credit card!

Then she said she will call me back on Thursday. I got none. Been to their office, really lousy company lah!

What's the latest issue now?

What's that assistant name bro?

Then I called on Friday. This Bathi said why I didn't get was because my name not in the list. WTF! I was given customer acc no. to quote when I subscribe. Then her attitude really teruk. Like don't want to do, after got my full name, she keep saying "Ok. Thank you. Bye bye". WTF! She didn't even get my credit card number but she said she will send it on Tuesday. WTF!


How much it gonna cost and how to get? haha

I also in same shit like you. 2 months had passed and they still haven't send me from Issue 5 onwards!!!
And i guess I accidently sent a copy of my email to Singapore office which shows that I still didnt get anything for 2 months already. Now that shit b**** call me everyday to ask if I have received the parcel.
Well really hopefully I'll receive it next week.

Its the upper management problem. If you have went to their office, the office like shit and the staffs are unhappy with the boss. Always kena marah. The guy who handled this buildmclaren during the first launch last year also tak boleh tahan and left the company. Haihhh...

If not for the free gifs(especially that steering and binder!) I would have bought all the issues from newstand. And I seriously very enjoy hunting at the newstand!

First the new lady was inexperience, that's fine. After 2 months, she kinda picked up the work, knows everything, spoke politely. But attitude still like shit! was trying to lie to me somemore and she was really bad at it!

After I got all the free gift, I'm gonna fk them off already. Now I still hav to talk so damn fking polite on the phone.

And my last visit, I can see they have a really old uncle sitting there, his job? Removing stapler bullet from papers. And looking at that glass full of the bullets, can see he had spent "I don't know how many days" doing that.

The office environment is a mess. With so many things scrambled on the floor, not maintained. Haih

How you know one? Bloody hell! Im ready to unsubscribe and buy myself once I got all the freebies. Now got this trick pulak.

I think we all together can shoot an email to Degostini how shitty is this allscript and yet using this kind of trick to make us continue to subscribe ah.

Seriously I wanted to complain to Allscript Singapore which I think is the HQ.

First my shipment was delayed for few months, so they sent me 5-13 sekaligus, which has no cap inside and the cb vathi ignored me when i ask wheres my cap. Everytime call her also say, "thank you bye" want to hang up my phone.

Same like yesterday, called her to send me 14-22 she also like want to hang up phone, and still she didnt update my account on her system.

This morning I received a notification that my credit card was charged, without any prior notification from vathi like last time.

Pissed off man.

Now they owe me 9 issues and still want me to remind everytime ah?

Ok. Finally I have until issue 22. And received the cap they owed me, it's red colour with Lewis wording.

You have to call that b**** one! She has "Got No Auto Update" one. I called so many times also still never update my account from self collect to courier.

I also received until Issue 13. Then she never call or send anymore. I have to call her, she will keep saying "bye bye thank you" then she charged my credit card then sent me issue 14 to 22 in 2-3 days time.

Haih. It's already March. And we got till 22-24 only ah, quarter only... Still so long to go.
