malaysia do have subscription, http://www.buildmclaren.com.my/
but i cant access the link  hmm.gif

checked that there's 65 issues
*
the link is fine smile.gif
just assembled my first issue, detail is awesome and i think its worth the price for a 1:8 model
so if there's 65 issues, 4 issues per month, its gonna take 1 year 4 months shocking.gif

lets get a build diary started here thumbup.gif

come to think of it, 1/8 scale would be quite big, no? And completing such a beaut, well, having it completed itself is an achievement. Do keep posting here, I don't have the bullets for it, but I'm interested to see it get completed laugh.gif

can we confirm that credit card payers will only be charged as the issue is released and delivered?
and the free issue through subscription...is it only issue #2...or your next issue as in if you subscribe for issue #5, issue #6 will be free?
*
erm not sure exactly but here's a quote from the order form
"I WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD AND AUTHORISE YOU TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY UPON EACH DISPATCH"

yea just saw a whole stack at mph mid valley yesterday,

anyway the "midget" small screw driver that comes with issue 1 is really soft, mine rounded off already and the screw is not even half way in, so better if you guys get your own screw driver, i think its size is #00

the instructions says that you'll need both the tamiya cement, and super glue

be VERY careful with the glue, it'll strip the paint off your model,
i learnt it the hard way, luckily just the underside was affected sad.gif

I think you should call their staff personally and confirm the payment. When you call them, they just ask the name of the bank account holder. They will confirm to you on the spot whether they have receive it or not.

@XP750: Now the front wing seems more complicated! drool.gif Be careful with the tyre, later bounce here and there hilang kena beli baru. laugh.gif Nice assembly there btw. nod.gif thumbup.gif

wow thanks!! this is really good
time to cover everything black in carbon fiber thumbup.gif

QUOTE(VincC454 @ Oct 28 2011, 12:31 PM)
just follow the tips from the magazine...its the proper ways alr

super glue never damage the model paint but leave those white residue if applied too much (follow the tips then you be fine)

cement/tamiya cement do damage the paint or decal if you not careful

the best tips is to applied these glue tiny bit only...cement/super glue just need a tiny drop to make them stick together.
*
erm..can we use super glue on all the parts?
my tamiya abs cement isn't really that strong, accidentally nudge it a bit and it will come off rclxub.gif
