I try to work out the cost and let you guys know on the CF decals. But till issue 52 only they provide with the template, seems alittle too late. By right we should apply the carbon fibre decals before we start assemble..it would be more easy. i think the manufacuturer must have only this of this after they released it. or maybe some feedback by customers. Looking at those country that already issued more further than us, the suspensions rod and the wheel fairings without CF really looks not so realistic.

yeah...if u read at the agostini forum..even the member said its would be crazy to apply this CF when model is half way assembled! i believe it won't be that hard to apply the decals even without the templates if the suspension is yet to assemble.

I dont know how much decals we need for this set..basically I would assumed at least 5 piece and it depends on sizes. But this decals I have used it before on my conversions of the chasis of hotwheels Ferrari F2007. However, I have tried and bought several CF decals and this time this is the correct twill patterns I have bought. Earliest I bought the wrong decals patterns and some are CF films which is difficult to conform on curved surface even you apply Micro Sol (Mr Softener). But this is one is easily conform to area which are curvy once you applied the decal softeners.

Templates are easy to made if you have correct tool...see this video clips on how to apply carbon fibre decals from your own template.

With CF decals, it would look nice. Either way just pray they provided it early or we buy and apply. Hope its not too costly. I want it also. Problem is looking for decal softener here in the east.

KL yes. Not East Malaysia. Even hunting down Mr.Cement/Tamiya cement was already hell. All the hobby shops in Kch, only 1 had stock. Rest only brought it in once and it never sold well hence they stop bringing it in. mad.gif

Sure why not. Do let me know the price beforehand. Need to budget a little. Trying to save up for a smaller (and less noisier) compressor for my airbrushing.
