why the r2 dark souls say only meant to be played on PAL system ?

my malaysia cech 2006a slim ps3 is ntsc or pal ?
or no difference... using hd ready tv 720p resolution

cant get past asylum demon... and its just the 1st boss

remove all my armor... keep rolling rolling behind him... hit hit hit... damage so little... zzz

swt... now only i know... i cant beat the asylum demon the 1st time

have to get out of there.. then come back to kill it

just like playing the hardest mode on GOW... u cant rush... take ur time... to slowly kill the boss
