For spider woman, what i did was stick to her body and keep turning around her in circle with shield up. when she is organism (cumming lava), whack her kao kao. equip with high fire resist shield, i got dragon shield. dunno where i got it from. i think its in the dragon valley whereby 3 dragons guarding a loot.
