Can any pro here tell me how to defeat the Black Knight in the Undead Burg? I keep seeing messages on the floor telling me to lure him out. But I keep getting killed by him. Lure him out where?

i finally figured out how to kill that black knight in Undead Burg. i lure him out and climb to a ledge and just spam fireball on his face until he die. got some titanium rock or something like that from him and also a blue ring he was guarding.
now i have to figure out how to kill another knight at the bottom of a spiral staircase in the tower. |
