QUOTE(yijinchua @ Oct 18 2011, 10:32 PM) http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/psucalc/index.html not ok, total power is 462w, but your psu wont be able to supply 462w at +/-12v rail, which mean your real power is not anywhere near 450wI used this calculator and entered my specs. The top power draw is only 462W. So I think that it's gona be ok. you should get a power supply with the total real power output that is equal to 462w + 20% to be safe, which mean a 550w real power psu should be safer and less stress on the psu |

QUOTE(yijinchua @ Oct 20 2011, 06:29 PM) Alright, I have another question. This is my rig: i5-760 quad core, 2 X 2GB DDR3 RAM, 2 X 7.2k rpm HDD, DVD-ROM, Gigabyte P55-USB3L mobo, and Cooler master extreme power plus 500w. Which is the best graphics card for my setup without having to change my psu? Thanks for the help. change your psu if you want a graphic card that can give you better FPS for battlefield 3 why so many people using cooler master extreme power |

QUOTE(wilsonjay @ Oct 22 2011, 09:20 AM) sell the current 560 Ti, assume that you already got budget for another 560 Ti which is around 750? if the current one can sell around RM300, you top up another 300 can get the cheapest 580 or 2nd hand 580 |
