QUOTE(lowlowc @ Sep 25 2011, 12:38 PM) Thanks kelvyn. Means, the autogate and aircon guys have to come back twice? Usually if we buy aircon from electrical shop and let them do the installation, will they be willing to travel 2 times? Autogate - Need to hack and install the wiring first. If your electrician can do that & follow the specification of the autogate, then can let the electrician to do. Then let the plasterer to plaster the hacked surface. Normally those electrician cannot plaster back the hacked surface as well as the plasterer. Unless you don't mind the finishing.Aircon. If your aircon is install back-to-back or if you don't mind the exposed copper piping (within PVC trunking), then can install after the initial painting work. Some electrician can also install the aircon piping and wiring. It basically boils down to finish all hacking and then plaster the hacked surface. Then paint. |
