Apparently theres a study onto the world top people in their field: best chess players, best violinist, best runner etc. They find that over the course of them starting their training and being where they are now, the magic number of hours of training is 10,000 hours. Regardless of what field they are in, all of these world class people have spent at least that much time, none less.
Maybe one or two of you have read of such study, coz i just read this article today and i remember reading it before.
so yeah...10,000 hours works out to be 20 hours a week for 10 years. So if you are like me, who probably plays 2 hours of football a week at most, then i'll be 110 years old before im world class
