Android need boot to CWM recovery mod to install custom ROM, add-on. Android 2.3.x need close app via it own app manager.
IOS use Cydia to install Cydia tweak. Multicleaner easily close all app Added on September 25, 2011, 1:44 amBoth iOS and android no root/jailbreak r not fun to use. iOS can use SB setting (lock screen can access), android custom rom can mod the status bar to add quick control widget(can't access in lock screen).
