reason why you got authentication failed is because under @public.maxis.com.my do not configured your id xxxxx, so you wont get your id authenticate success from AAA server. so basically you have to call to maxis to change to public domain.I've logged on to the Thompson's router as Administrator, changed xxxxx@home.maxis.com.my to xxxx@public.maxis.com.my
