I really don't want to do this but I need to warn you guys from this reseller.

He logged in PO to us for S/W license. License arrived us, we chase him for payment, he told us that license' payment is normally after 30 days we deliver the license to him. I wonder which vendor so good can give them 30 days credit term without the company's financial report. Then he request to cancel with no reason.

However the license has been generated, we are unable to cancel, and our vendor also not allowed us to return the license. He started to take other things to complain the license isn't good. And again, want us to cancel.

We chase the payment for 2 months! Now he doesn't want to reply email or pick up the phone. We called the end user, end user do not know anything about our license... Sigh...

So now we are making a 100% lost! And now being blacklisted from my company!

You guys just beware on the swindler! Penipu! Remember his name!

maybe the people who suppose to get the license from them cancelled off their po.. so he cancelled off his po with you ?

next time take $$$ only proceed to generate license as its quick to generate license right.

i dont think so. the user also donno what is our product. nvr heard before. if it is cancel by user, he can tell us, write us email then we can appeal from vendor to cancel the license. now, no news edi.

Sorry to hear that...Always receive payment first before provide any service or goods.

yup..get the money first before deliver/process the business
at least get the deposit first

then they give u money
then baru u gv them the product
