1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of Digistar Corporation Berhad ("Digistar" or "Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Digistar Rauland MSC Sdn Bhd (“DRMSB”) has secured two (2) separate contracts to implement IPTV services at two (2) hospitals in the Klang Valley. These two (2) IPTV projects comprised of the design, supply, installation, operate and maintenance of the IPTV system for a period of ten (10) years from their respective date of completion. These two (2) IPTV projects are expected to be completed within three (3) months.

2. FINANCIAL EFFECTS

These two (2) projects will not have any material effect on Digistar Group's Net Asset for the financial year ending 30 September 2011 and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Digistar Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2012. These two (2) projects will be funded by internally generated funds. Therefore, they will not have any material effect on Digistar Group's gearing.

3. RISK FACTORS

Risk factors affecting the Contracts include but are not limited to execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. The Company has throughout the years established its track records and expertise to undertake such projects. As such, the management believes that the Company is able to mitigate the abovementioned risk factors.

4. APPROVAL(S) REQUIRED

The acceptance of these two projects is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any government authorities.

5. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTEREST

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected with the Directors or major shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in these two (2) projects.

6. DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of Digistar is of the opinion that the above two (2) projects are in the ordinary course of business and the acceptance of these two (2) projects is in the best interest of the Company.
