The benefit trading of EWM allows me to long and short at the same time as hedge play.
As long it moves and form a nice pattern (whether up down or sideways), I can make money.

In fact, when VT privatize his companies (cosway, bjretail), he offered on a very high premium price to market price. That's exactly the original reason to privatize it -- since it's highly undervalue! So now i think, holding long term on VT's cheap cheap companies is much better. Privatize spsetia at 21% premium price at current depressed market after its share price dropped 20%?? That simply means privatize at 1% premium lah! What the #@$!@$!@$

It is 34% discounted since its peak. Should be a good deal.

That's a triple bottom? Could be the real economy have found a new base or the weak bulk players have quit due to the glut of bulk vessels ?

One thing for sure, global business activities have continued to chug along steadily and would be reflected in reports few months down the road.
Definitely not indicating the end of world economy. Markets are always adjusting valuations based on respective players' perception. From investors
POV, currently no doomsday scenarios for equities but buying opportunities instead.
