May be we all misinterpret already, it is a "M" 

The Company has today received a notice of take-over offer from Permodalan Nasional Berhad, who is a major shareholder of S P Setia, informing the Company of its obligation to extend a conditional take-over offer on S P Setia.

In view of this development, the Company has requested for the suspension in the trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 28 September 2011. The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

This announcement is dated 28 September 2011.

I just read news that shareholder reject the lousy price.

"The board will also be writing to the offeror to enquire whether they are
interested in revising the offer price upwards to reflect a price which is
closer to the fair value of SP Setia," the company said in a filing to Bursa
Malaysia.

Not targeted to anyone... just feel that those shareholders for the warrant that sold a day earlier must be feeling DAMNED right now... almost 100% difference...

SYDNEY (MarketWatch) -- The Hong Kong stock exchanges said Thursday that it will delay the opening of its securities and derivatives markets after a signal 8 typhoon signal was issued. The exchange said that if the typhoon signal remains at 8 or above at 9:00 am Hong Kong time, morning trading sessions for all markets will be cancelled and if the signal remains in force by noon Hong Kong time, all trading sessions for Thursday will be cancelled.

PETALING JAYA (Sept 28, 2011): Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) has made a conditional offer to take over SP Setia Bhd at RM3.90 a share, which the property developer says "fundamentally undervalues" the company.

SINGAPORE -(MarketWatch)- Fire at Royal Dutch Shell PLC's /quotes/zigman/379078/quotes/nls/rds.a RDS.A -2.59% 500,000-barrel-a-day Singapore refinery has intensified for the second time since it broke out Wednesday afternoon, even as firefighters attempt to control the blaze.

"The fire-fighting operations are still ongoing. There has been a surge in the fire at the manufacturing facility," the Singapore Civil Defense Force said Thursday an emailed statement.

"The fire is still contained within the bund wall. Boundary cooling operation is still being carried out to prevent heat exposure to the nearby storage tanks," it said.

Shell has shut several units including a hydrocracker in the vicinity of the fire, the company said earlier Thursday.

It said the intensity of the fire had significantly reduced after night-long firefighting efforts.

In an afternoon update, the weather agency said the typhoon, centered about 390 kilometers (242 miles) southwest of city, had begun to move away and was now headed in the general direction of China's Hainan Island at 22 kilometers per hour. The local exchange operator said a market closure in the morning session would be extended to the full day if the storm signal wasn't lowered by noon. The Observatory said it would consider lowering its storm signal later in the day.
