yeh i share the same view as u on general outlook... except for i'm not overly "Bullish" in the longer term and China may still need like >10 years to really take the throne..
do u mind to elaborate what is "play" for youngsters ? just wanna make sure i'm not 'playing playing playing n playing' sweat.gif

Sometimes, wonder, some company is so generous on buying back, can spend hundred of million to buy back but yet so reluctant to increase more on dividend, despite good EPS year after year.
*
agree... it's a loss to everyone imo... IPO RM1... share buyback RM1.50... net loss RM0.50... -__________-"
but apart from share buyback, is there any other way to reduce issued shares ?? hmm.gif
they cannot just simply cancel shares, while reverse-splitting doesnt help with PE ratio..

hmm.... gamblers traders can buy today, coz German will vote on EFSF today and most likely it will be passed.
10/17 EU already passed it, including Finland yesterday.

even after expanding EFSF, the fund is still not enough to handle EU problems.. LOL...

I see. But why is SPS price hover at 3.8x since the whole morning?  hmm.gif
*
i think:
3.88 + 2c commission = 3.90. breakeven in worst case scenario... u wont lose $$ unless PNB chicken out.. but if that happens.. hahaha i really no comment..
otherwise if SPS goes above 3.90 due to sentiment/sharks/IB upgrade, then u make $$...
--
Germans got no ballz to vote NO to EFSF... the next million dollar question is whether sharks want to sell into news or continue the bull.. that i cannot guess.. laugh.gif

Yay~~ Ty DALI... notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
his 1 post is gazillion times better than me or any other IB promoting... laugh.gif

but Dali says it has 30% discount to NAV ? this i'm not sure unsure.gif

QUOTE(simonc @ Sep 30 2011, 11:54 AM)
CIMB con bank also say BUY woor... believe who?  icon_question.gif
*
i've yet to see a bank that says not to buy dialog.. all with TP > 2.70..
but tbh, i dun like them rating my counters because they can simply downgrade overnight, cutting TP by 50% easily, especially those using SOP valuation..
that's IB and Analysts.. shakehead.gif

Added on
ok.. yesterday target 1400.. and we hit it today.. so what's next ?? laugh.gif
i'm out of clue atm.. anybody care to share ?

We didn't hit 1400 today. Closest I saw was 1399.50 then down to 1388 now blush.gif
See if afternoon we will re-test 1400.

So re-testing our support line is next?  drool.gif
*
today is the last day of the month and the last day of Q3, things can be very tricky...
it may slide until 4.45pm and suddenly jump back to 1400 @ 4.50pm..
but if regional is red and we're 1400, i think better take some profit or do nothing.. tongue.gif
--
DJ peak 12807 -> 11154 = -12.9%
KLCI peak 1597 -> 1387 = -13.1% today 1st session
HSI peak 23394 -> 17636 = -24.5%

seems like we're a DogJones follower ?
so... will we close 1390 to match -12.9% laugh.gif
