problem wit team game is that u can knw a cannon rush is coming and u wont be able to hold it even with the perfect response as his teammates will be covering his cannons (especially lings)...
it would take the whole team effort to win 3v3/ 4v4...
know when to sacrifice a teammate to mount a counter attack if needed...
there are moments where i knw it would be better if i jz delay my slow demise and get my teammates to counter attack them straight...

ps: wasting a worker to watch own ramp around 9 food is kinda bad... u wont be able to see anything at tat time as cannon rushes wont be tat early (forge is dropped at 12 food)... scouting at 9 with another teammate would be better as u can see what and react accordingly...

in team games i use the following builds (note that i play random) which are relatively safe as my standard... i do have other builds which i always use but the 3 basic builds i use which imho is safe vs most cheeses/ rush is: -

Protoss
9pylon, mineral boost trick, 12gate -> scout... before i drop my core, i make sure i see what i need to see... if i see a forge from a protoss, i would drop a forge instead of a core first and chrono out first 2 zeals... the first 2 zeals with micro can handle everything (even cannons)... from there chrono out my first stalker and the rest would depend on what my opponent do (chrono 2nd stalker/ sentry or warp tech)

Zerg
Generally my basic build now is the 11overpool into speedling + a macro hatch or expand depending on what i scouted... pull out 2 drones off gas when i have 100 for speed and make an evo chamber for a quick +1... this build is relatively safe vs everything and 1 spine in mineral line for safety measure if needed... having a group of 12 lings running around for map control would ensure me n my team can react in time to whatever they throw at us... the early lings can deny any cannon rush and hold off 6pool/ 8pool (giving me the luxury of a later scout wit lings instead of drones)

Terran
10depot 12rax 14rax... make marines and OC... from there either pressure, tech or expand depending on what i scout... i love to pressure with 5scvs 5marines if i scouted my opponents having double gasses (of course u need to get good teammates to back u up)... what can beat marines early on if u knw to shutter step/ split them after all rite?
