please, please, please, get a goddamn worker to watch your own ramp before or around 9 food.

I'm so goddamn sick of noob-ass farts who get cannoned and ruining the game for the team.

problem wit team game is that u can knw a cannon rush is coming and u wont be able to hold it even with the perfect response as his teammates will be covering his cannons (especially lings)...
it would take the whole team effort to win 3v3/ 4v4...
know when to sacrifice a teammate to mount a counter attack if needed...
there are moments where i knw it would be better if i jz delay my slow demise and get my teammates to counter attack them straight...

ps: wasting a worker to watch own ramp around 9 food is kinda bad... u wont be able to see anything at tat time as cannon rushes wont be tat early (forge is dropped at 12 food)... scouting at 9 with another teammate would be better as u can see what and react accordingly...

i'm not talking about advanced canon tactics, i'm talking simple canons where a probe simply sneaks in and make canons in a corner somwhere

the reason i'm saying to get worker at the ramp around 9 food is to watch any probe coming up, because that's the earliest time a worker can travel all the way to your base. it's as simple as that.

most often these noob-asses just leave their ramps out of sight, and enemy probes can simply sneak in and hide in some corner somewhere.

you don't have to sacrifice much, if any at all. Protoss makes a pylon at 9, while terran makes a depot at 10, while zerg can simply move their ovi to the ramp. It's either you sacrifice a bit now to watch the goddamn ramp, or you sacrifice more later by clicking around your own base looking for fog-of-war spots where a probe might be hiding and risk missing it.

i mean, really, is watching ur own goddamn ramp so much to ask?

again, i'm not talking about COUNTERING canon rushes.

i'm talking about PREVENTING canon rushes.

which is goddamn easy, simply by sending a drone or an ovi to keep watch at the ramp before or around 9 food.

this way, an early probe can't just freaking sneak up the ramp undetected and go hide in a corner somewhere in wait to make canons.

im not talking about advanced canon tactics.

i'm talking about SIMPLE canons, where the probe simply sneaks up a ramp without the player knowing and hides somewhere in the corner before making canons.

it's so infuriating when it happens, because this is so goddamn easy to avoid, yet about 1 every 3 of my games there are always some noob-ass in my team who gets cannoned this way.
